parts for the Mechanical,  Chemical and Petrochemical, Siderurgic, Ceramic, Pumps Components, Hydroelectric, Mining, Alcohol and Sugar, Naval, Railroad Industries, among others.
Production Capacity: pieces from 22 to 2205 pounds / pc, which can be provided casting  or machined.

STRUCTURE

Melting:
accomplished through induction furnaces.

Heat Treatment:
furnace sets for revenue, normalization, temper and solubilization,  equipped with control panel for graphics and electronic records that attend the most  rigorous requirements applicable to each material.

Quality Control
It is composed of a wide set of resources, such as:
• Sand Laboratory
• Chemical Analysis accomplished through the latest conception of Optic Spectrometer
• Mechanical Test
• Metallographic analysis
• Nondestructive Tests ( ultrasonic inspection, spot check inspection, and magnetic particle  inspection)
• A complete Metrology Laboratory structured with modern measurement equipment, including a coordinate measuring machine.
